This hotel is surprisingly good for its price. I've stayed in premium Hilton hotels in Bogota and this hotel isn't substantially far behind. The space is limited, but good enough to deal with, the beds are decently sized. The staff knew English enough to help me make a reservation. I needed to make a quick stop away from my other hotel, so I chose this one. I was amazed. There's an elevator, and doors are opened with traditional metal keys.

The staff members are nice, but I had to be moved 2 times. First too many mosquitos in my room, then the hot water wasn't working. I had to bathe with cold water for few days. The door lock had some issues, I wasn't able to open the door, every night someone has to come by and open the door for me. The informed me that the lock has some issues. That was my first time staying there and my last. Too bad because theat place is close to everything.

I appreciated the price and that it was so close to the airport or a long layover. However, the shower in the toilet did not work well and it was a little bit uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful for my short stay

The only thing good thing about this hotel is the proximity to airport and successful use of their shuttle to take us there early in the morning and it was relatively quiet (we were on the quiet side) The room was sufficient, but it was not very clean (hairs in the bedding and floor, dusty, dirty walls - bathroom was clean). The beds are hard and pillows not comfortable. Breakfast was not good - it was very limited and consisted of an egg (made as requested) stale buns (no jam or butter to use), fruit (watermelon and papaya), a soup, white rice and coffee / hot chocolate. No juice or water to drink or any condiments such as ketchup, no cereals or toast. The staff did not clear our table once and when we came back down hours later the table still had the dirty dishes on it. The staff was not very friendly or helpful but that could have been they did not speak English at all, but they did not even really try to communicate or help us. I would definitely not stay here again.
