This hotel is excellent. It has big rooms, friendly staff, nice location. The location, it is located in an excellent location closed to all historical places. The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is excellent Donovan is a great host who helped us with our reservation and gave us some guidance to walk to nice places. Te breakfast is lovely and yummy, fruit, coffee, eggs, juice. I have nothing but good comments bout this hotel

Nice property…but doing construction on bldg and wished there was a notice listed. While on vacation and hanging out I dnt want to have to wake up at 730am due to construction on the hotel and the pool was closed due to construction. Arrived at 230 and check in was at 3…they made me wait 30mins also

Nossa estadia no Hotel India Catalina foi muito agradável! Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com muita atenção — destaque especial para o Donovan, que nos acolheu com simpatia e eficiência. O atendimento em geral foi um dos pontos altos da experiência.
O hotel tem um charme colonial encantador, com um clima mais tradicional que faz parte de sua personalidade. Embora seja uma estrutura mais antiga, isso agrega valor à ambientação, sem comprometer o conforto.
Os quartos são simples, porém aconchegantes e bem cuidados. No apartamento em que ficamos, apenas dois detalhes chamaram atenção: o box não vedava completamente, o que fazia a água se espalhar um pouco pelo banheiro, e o secador de cabelo não estava funcionando. Mas nada que comprometesse a estadia.
A localização é excelente — no coração do centro histórico, próximo a diversos pontos turísticos, restaurantes e lojas. A maioria dos trajetos pode ser feita a pé, o que é ótimo para explorar a cidade com mais liberdade.
No geral, uma ótima opção para quem busca boa hospitalidade, localização privilegiada e um ambiente com personalidade própria.

Hotel bem bonitinho com arquitetura antiga com estrutura de grossas madeiras da época da colonização espanhola. Localização ótima perto de tudo e no centro do burburinho da cidade. Café da manhã não é self service, você é que faz o pedido e, dependendo da hora, demora um pouco. O café da manhã é bom mas precisa melhorar, pois só lhe dão duas fatias de pão.
Por ser um prédio antigo não tem elevador, então se você for para o 3 andar se prepare para subir escadas com malas. A vista da sacada é maravilhosa, principalmente no final da tarde pra contemplar a paisagem da rua.
O quarto é espaçoso com cama grande e confortável, porém os lençóis e fronhas foram brancos um dia. Lençóis e fronhas encardidos.
Tem chuveiro com água quente pra quem gosta numa cidade que faz muito calor. Ar condicionado. A internet deixa a desejar, mas quebra um galho.
Ponto negativo: quando fiz a reserva pelo Site o preço era de R$ 350 a diária pra pagar no hotel, quando passei o cartão no hotel a diária mais os 5% da taxa de serviço saíram por R$ 582,16. Me senti lesado, pois comprei um serviço com antecedência em baixa temporada e no hotel paguei em alta temporada.
Se você escolher esse hotel fuja dessa cilada e pague no ato da compra, senão pagarás mais caro!!
