Front desk was incredible she was so accommodating and made us feel at home. The facility was incredible and the scenery and landscaping was so breathtaking.
We will be back again and again for sure. The food was really good and staff was very kind. The place was easy to find and close to the airport.

I truly enjoyed myself at this property! I was celebrating my 40th bday here and the staff was very open to fulfilling my requests to make it special. From decorating my room to the special dinner, it all was great and affordable. The room was amazing and very clean! The windows made it feel like you were outside. I was a little skeptical about coming, but everything turned out better than expected and o would definitely stay here again!

we got there we did changed rooms(upgrade)
same rooms had 2 differents prices (?)
one was in promotion and the other one was not
(curious)
then i could not get a receipt for my credit card payment
and then i was told my total bill will be sent to me
still waiting for it after 4 days

Property and accomodation were beautiful. Restaurant was convenient and tasty. My main complaints are mostly of no fault of the property or staff, but are good to know when booking. Our tent was very close to the road, so there was a lot of road noise until late at night. Both tents Ether and Amor are closest to the road outside and a lot of trucks and noisy motorcycles drive by. There is also nothing within walking distance for food, so you’re basically limited to the restaurant. Uber drivers do not want to make trips to this area to/from Rionegro because the cost isn’t worth their time , that’s what a local driver told us after 3 rides cancelled on us. There was also a group doing “breathing therapy” or something outside our tent at 10am, and it was pretty noisy and it kinda ruined the moment while I was trying to take in the last few views and moments to enjoy the property before departing for the airport. Amazing property and staff, but just don’t expect it to be super quiet or convenient.
