When a typical Brazzaville rainstorm occurred, my room flooded and had to be mopped out. The breakfast buffet was absolutely awful. The chafing dishes containing 'hot' items had no warming and the food was ice cold - eggs, everything. Dinners were good on quantity, average to poor on quality. Closets had only 4-5 old bent wire hangers - no pants or suit hangers. On checkout the network wasn't working to process credit cards!

The staff is friendly and very helpfull.
Rooms are clean. Breakfast is decent.

The pictures do not portray the reality which is morbid and utterly shocking when it comes to the hygiene, food prices and quality that lacks.
