We only stayed one night. Only 11 minutes walk from bus stop. We arrived at around 9.30pm and had the most fabulous dinner there. Staff very pleasant and helpfull. Loved our room and the courtyard. Fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay there again although its quite far away from city centre and bear in mind there are no public transport on Sundays.

Great airport shuttle service, cute kitty cat, and the staff let us store our bags in advance of check in, which enabled us to explore Zagreb unburdened for an afternoon. Conveniently located near the airport, and airplane noise settled down by bedtime and it was quiet overnight.

Underwhelming stay for the price. Rooms are clean and it’s good they have bag drop and a restaurant. But the beds were very uncomfortable. Felt like it was about 3 inches of foam on wood. Rooms were also very small and the carpet was old and looked in need of replacing. It’s also a bit of an awkward distance from the airport.
Next time I would just stay in the city in a nicer place for less.

We had a late arrival and it was great how staff communicated with us via WhatsApp to tell us where exactly the shuttle would be. Shuttle back to airport went great. No vending machines or food availability after hours so be prepared

The staff were friendly and communicated well. The room was clean but the air conditioner didn't have a control anywhere. The TV turned on but had no signal. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the shower had a hand held sprayer that couldn't be placed anywhere because the holder was broken. With some repairs this could be a good option for an airport hotel.

The hotel was unusual as that it was in a residential area. It is a small hotel, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent! We enjoyed our dinner there. The buffet breakfast is not elaborate, but good. The main reason for being there was to have a safe place near the airport with a shuttle, and the Cool Hotel absolutely has that down. On being greeted at the desk they asked where we were flying, told us when to be ready to leave the next morning and arranged for us to have breakfast before the regular opening time of the buffet, so that we could make our flight. We really appreciated that. My only suggestion is to have a coffee and tea available in the rooms. But overall it was a good stay, in a unique hotel, with great airport service.

We arrived late in the afternoon on a layover from Dubrovnik. Our reservation was in order and since we were leaving early the next morning (by 4 am), the receptionist was able to charge the room in advance. We ate a nice dinner in the bistro, and our taxi was waiting in the morning as scheduled.
