很差的幾個原因： 1.到的當下說原本的房間會漏水（原本可以直接看到外面的金字塔）結果換到沒有的，但後來有送晚餐服務，漏水原因其實是因為浴室設計不良，乾濕分離沒做好，浴室漏水很慢會淹到房間裡 2.飯店提供的金字塔tour非常貴，他保證品質會很好，還保證會有中文導遊，當天才說沒有中文導遊，故意隱瞞，還騙說中文導遊是中文出車禍（最後不小心說溜嘴說根本沒有中文導遊），如果價格不合理就不要跟他買，因為外面賣類似的tour的很多 好的點： 1.飯店的東西很好吃 2.從飯店看出去金字塔的風景是很好的

訂好車子來機場接機沒來，我們花300鎊找車自己去，熱水有限，冬天要去的朋友請留意，一個人洗完絕對沒熱水，晚上睡覺沒暖氣很冷，優點是景色很好，早餐還算可以，跨年有party 但很還好，步行去金字塔區約5分鐘，附近除了金字塔外就只有紀念品店

WOW!! The view of the pyramids, sphinx & Giza plateau- UNBELIEVABLE!! View from the rooftop dining area is SPECTACULAR!! The staff is incredible- always helpful, joy filled smiles & will help arrange car transportation, any tour needs & offer their own tours. The food was good (again the views!!) Clean, free water whenever you need/want, good beds & accommodations. It’s located in Giza, right across from pyramids; about 30min to airport, 45min to central Cairo attractions. Book now for an incredible stay!!

didnt like that there was no alcohol served at the rooftop. also, the area is polluted begging children people trying tirelessly to hustle a few bucks out of you at any given time. hotel, rooftop restaurant and view were great.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant, and the location is unbeatable — the pyramids are incredibly close, offering stunning views right from the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From the owner to the drivers, everyone provided exceptional service. A special shoutout to Aladdin, the manager, who was extremely helpful with travel recommendations, reservations, and anything we needed during our stay. Aly, one of the drivers, was outstanding — fluent in English, very knowledgeable about the area, and always willing to assist with local navigation and purchases. The breakfast was delicious every morning, and the rooftop views were truly breathtaking. Just a heads-up: be cautious with people outside the hotel, as things can get a bit overwhelming. But once you’re inside, it’s a safe and peaceful haven. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — it’s a perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and unforgettable views!

I really enjoyed my stay at Great Pyramids inn Hotel. The room is clean and the food is delicious. moreover all the personal/people who are working there are very loving and wonderful!💜 Hopefully, I had the opportunity to talk with many of them and all of them are immensely helpful and generous💚 The last talk I had was With Walid and he is kind and friendly, moreover Walid is open-mind and helpful person. I enjoyed my conversation with Walid. I can say confidentiality that the owner are very lucky that all those lovely people doing their work beautifully! I appreciate all of you beautiful soul's❤️ And I wishing you all a wonderful life!❤️

Con mi esposo seleccionamos este hotel por su vista de la pirámides, cuando llegamos la persona que nos recibió nos indicó que no podiamos quedarnos en una misma habitación sin estar casados, le explicamos que si estabamos casados pero que no teniamos una copia en ese momento de nuestro doc legal, pero que teniamos fotos para mostrarle, la persona comenzó a reir e hizo comentarios rudos he inapropiados de como nosotros no teniamos un documento y que debia llamar a gerencia para pedir autorización, fue humillante y muy poco profesional la forma en que enfrente de todos nos trataron, considerando que eramos extranjeros. Al final nos dijeron que si podiamos hospedarnos, pero fue una pesima primera impresión su falta de tacto y profesionalismo con un tema personal como este considerando que a pesar que nosotros viajamos mucho, nunca tuvimos una experiencia similar en ningún país arabe anteriormente a pesar que mi esposo tiene nombre arabe. La habitación era pequeña y sin nada de privacidad ya que en el baño se escuchaba todo en ambos sentidos. La vista desde la terraza es hermosa he impresionante, el restaurante cuenta con comida deliciosa y excelente servicio.

Clean, nice staff and the best location. The rooms are basic but not bad. In conclusion, it worth it. The rooftop restaurant is thr best in the facility.

I enjoyed my recent 5 day stay at the Inn. The location is perfect, breakfast was healthy, my room was clean and the hotel was affordable. I envision many improvements to the hotel and area in general. Unfortunately, as a digital nomad, I was unable to work due to the poor Internet. I worked when there was low usage. When the bellman showed me my room, he did not explain how to turn on the hot water on for a shower so I showered in cold. The TV was broken and the assistant did not come to repair it despite saying he would. Also, we had a heat wave so I was working late in the night for the Internet then getting up early and napping around noon. I put my “do not clean” sign up but the assistants came knocking on the door offering fruit or cleaning services. This should be discontinued to honour guests sleeping time. One of the hotel managers also tried to sell a tour that was three times the price you can get online. He enforced his sales pitch upon entry which again is very unprofessional. Despite all these problems it is one of the best options in the area. I hope the management will take my advice seriously and seek to be the best hotel in Giza.

Everyone was very helpful and made us all welcome. Would recommend as the views of the Pyramids are the best and the restaurant serves great food

A nossa estadia foi curta mas foi tudo muito bom, ótima localização e o pessoal do hotel muito prestativo.

This place is great. It's right across from the pyramids and has a beautiful pyramid view, particularly at sunset. The view rooftop restaurant is magical. The hotel staff was so helpful with us and accommodated every one of our needs. We can't wait to go back and stay again!
