The staff at the Italian Restaurant are exceptional in their presentation and service manner when attending to you. The food is delightfully tasty, and the range is extensive. The hotel is very close to the airport, which makes it a winner for me. Great experience all around.

I like to stay at the Le Passage for lots of reasons. It is cheaper than the other big airport hotel that is attached to the Cairo International Airport, the food is incredible in the buffet selection, the beers are icy cold, it is only a very short free shuttle bus away from the terminals in the airport, the staff are incredibly friendly and help make your stay a pleasure.
It is a well-maintained facility and I've always enjoyed my overnight rests in the Le Passage before continuing my journey the next day.

All service were good. House keeping staff are , professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend the person who was responsible for cleaning our room, Mr. Samir for management role.

Lovely hotel and some of the staff were very helpful. Breakfast staff were attentive and took constructive criticism on board. Room was cleaned and tidied very well. We stayed for four nights, and had a great time.

Équipements de la chambre obsolète : douche pas de pression, pas de prises de courant pour brancher appareil téléphone/ordinateur, forte odeur désagréable dans la chambre. Les restaurants sur place : prix raisonnables mais service à revoir, forte attente. A améliorer. Bon hôtel pour qques jours au Caire ou en transit
