I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was outstanding – incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with professionalism and a smile.
One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the Pyramids! It was truly magical to see them at any time of the day, especially at sunset.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay, with excellent service and a view you’ll never forget. I would happily come back!

We had an amazing stay here, the view is obviously the best thing this hotel has to offer, having breakfast with pyramid view is incredible, service is really good as well as overall quality. I would just recommend improving WiFi signal

I booked a Super Deluxe Room with a King bed and a bathtub but they gave me the room with 3 beds no bathtub and the patio doors is broken and could not close so I asked them to change the room. They gave me the same room next to this room and I could not believe in my eyes when I was taking the shower, the drain is not working so basically the water is everywhere in the bathroom. Their rooftop is OK but could not see the whole Pyramids as they claimed. Basically, I do not recommend anyone to this very dirty, noisy and unfriendly staff. Bring your money somewhere else.

Great location. In front of the Sphinx with Pyramids behind. Restaurant on roof( food is good) superb spot for viewing light show.
Staff did everything to ensure our visit was enjoyed. Will organise tour guides and driver, who were great, for visits to the sights. I sent them an email which was answered in quick time with all tour information. All set up prior to our arrival.
We had a balcony room with view 24/7.
No fuss and made the experience most enjoyable.

Our room was very compact. No window, felt very stuffy.
The shower was not working, dirty towel and bedsheets, i had to ask them to clean everything.
The AC remote was not working.
The only reason to stay at this property is its locatipn and decent breakfast and breakfast view.

The only thing about this property was you could see the pyramids from it. The hotel is dirty
The towels i think were supposed to be white. The toilet was literally in the shower. The breakfast had flies all over it. The property said they would send a driver to pick us up but the driver was very late. Dont stay here !

Hotel with an amazing views of the sphinx and pyramids. Condition of the room and furniture were poor. Bathroom had a foul smell to it. But all and all was worth it for the view.

Everyone -hotel and restaurant - staff were very friendly and accommodating - view from rooftop of the pyramids was lovely! Great food!!!! Michael at the front desk was very sweet!!! Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best located hotels to view the pyramids if you book a balcony room. The staff were so helpful especially Salam, Michael and Marwan in the roof top restaurant. We took advantage of their tours of the Museum and Old Cairo and it was so well organised and meant we got to see a lot more in a shorter time. Crazy Cairo traffic !!!!
