Close to a major tube station made it easy to get places. Only downside was not many places to dine nearby. Do recommend.

Arrived on the hottest day and was allocated a room, where the sun blind hadn’t been pulled down and was like a furnace. Returned to reception and explained I’m asthmatic. Very courteously found me an alternative room that was much cooler. The receptionist couldn’t have been more caring and helpful.
Although the rooms are small they are equipped with everything - including a powerful fan.
Great value for money.

Only good point about this property is close the tube station. Not good for staying with spouse or partner. Cramped rooms and without a/c. Most rooms have shared bathrooms. No elevators. Maybe okay for single person. Much better properties available near Paddington station at similar price. Not sure why this property rated so high on Trip Advisor, Expedia and others. Reviews are misleading in my opinion. Booked for 3 nights but could not stay. Had to book another hotel for stay. Waste of money. Much better options available at similar price range.

We had a toilet that didn't function, broken shower head, unsafe windows without child protection and a manager that didn't believe any of these concerns were legitimate. They gave us a bucket to fill water and flush the toilet.
I must say one of the staff members (Ronnie) got the manager on the phone and tried his best to help, but he had limited resources and decision making authority.
This was probably the worst Expedia stay I have ever booked.

Ideal for a short stay before travelling by Eurostar. Unfortunately, despite being told i could purchase a breakfast box early morning there was noone on reception between 4.30 and 4.45am

No AC, very loud area as it was expected since it’s close to the train/subway station. The area did not feel safe either. We arrived at 8pm at the station across the street and had to take an early flight so we decided to stay there. I would not recommend staying there if you’re planning on staying longer than a night. It’s a very uncomfortable hotel. The staff was very friendly though.

Location of Hotel cannot be beat, straight across from St Pancras Station. Staff were friendly, check in easy and they have a secure luggage holding room. Room was clean and had everything needed , but ive knocked a few stars off as it is very loud, it is a busy area and would benefit from double glazing and we had a basement room which, since it is at the bottom of the house the bathroom smelt very badly of drains. But for the locations and price, not too bad of a stay.

We really appreciated the very Brie fly and helpful staff. Room very clean although small. But fine for a budget stay in London when you only sleep and shower in your room. Convenient location right next to St Pancras & Kings Cross

Intimate smaller hotel type setting, a taste of the simplicity of hotels way back when. Warm welcome, professional and helpful. Be redy to climb stairs. Cute room with a water basin perfect for washing hands or brushing teeth. I enjoyed sleeping with the window open. Next return i've requested a quiet room away from bathroom traffic.
