The staff were very accommodating even when i made a mistake in my booking and needed extra day , it was sorted out easily , the hotel is very central and easy walking distance from tube so makes it simple to explore Lodon ,thankyou very much

We had been upgraded to the last floor Where rooms had been renovated. We could not drink water and it was either too cold or too Hot for the shower.

We booked seven rooms in total. Half of the rooms had a problem of some sort. Problems ranged from no blinds or curtains, hand railing in the restrooms being loose, sinks being plugged, lack of towels for multiple people, inconsistent house cleaning.

The location of the hotel is excellent.
I was very dissatisfied with the lack of privacy resulting from the lack of sound insulation between adjacent rooms. A letter spelling out this issue is being sent to the hotel manager.

Friendly staff. The room we had has been modernised, although it's quite small but very clean and comfortable. The window is single glazed therefore you can here cars/motorbikes on the street. The Malaysian restaurant next door is great and convenient. Overall a great stay!

Everything is tiny. I could barely fit as a 5’6, 120 lb person. The room holds only enough space for the bed- even your suitcases won’t fit without you tripping over them. They have signage saying not to drink the sink water, yet no other water is provided unless you seek it out at the desk. No bottles in the room or anything. When we arrived at the stated check in time our room was still not ready and we had to wait for it for 30 more minutes. There was no air so it was horribly hot. The photos online make it look much nicer than it is.

Fast response via e-mail when we needed to contact the Hotel before our trip.
The room was very noisy, we could hear people walking outside in the hall and it sounded like they were inside the room. Very poor ventilation, fortunately we were staying there in autumn, I can imagine it would be insufferable in the summer.
Hard beds and very squeaky bathroom door that didn't close properly, but other than that everything worked. The room was clean and the location is excellent.

Friendly staff, room was small considering it was supposedly a deluxe room. Very hot in the room, unable to switch off radiator properly. Opened the curtains to get to the window and as the room was in the basement it had bars on the windows making it feel like a prison cell!
Good location, easy for travel around London and plenty of eateries.

It was just right be warned there is a 50 pound deposit requirement on check-in they hold for three to five days. Friendly and welcoming staff. Bed was comfy shower was ok room was an ok size. It was a basement room which I'm neutral about.
