Having the need to check in at 2am we found the staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast selection, parking a little restricted, seemed to be lots of SUV type cars and narrow spaces. Good experience under difficult circumstances. Thank you

Fine for an overnight stay at the airport if you have an early morning flight. Staff was friendly and a decent restaurant. You have to do self check in at a kiosk and the little snack shop is all self serve and self pay. The room was in need of some upgrading. Average hotel. Not good not bad

Air conditioning kept tripping out causing room temperature to soar and making sleeping impossible. All in all the Radisson Blue is much better value for money.

Room getting tired - toilet broken.
Food was very poor. More like a Hungry Horse than a reputable hotel.
Stayed here several times before when we have to fly early the following morning but this was the worst, especially with the terrible food.

First, I would like to say that the hotel and the room were clean and the breakfast was worth the money. The staff ad the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful…but this is where I stop complimenting them. We had a hard time dropping our luggage. The hotel does not have an area for luggage drop off. We had to park in an authorized in area in order to drop all our luggage (we had lots of bags). They told my husband he had to remove the car (again we were just dropping our luggage). Then you have to pay for parking and there was no parking close available to drop off our luggage. We were returning our rental and did not need to pay for parking but the staff told us we could not drop off in front of the door.
Then the elevators and room were very hot. We had to close the window and turn the air on. If that would be enough that would be great but the AC kept turning itself off. By the time we discovered this pattern it was after midnight and we were not going to wake up our kids to have someone take a look at our AC unit. I had to get up ever couple of hours to turn the unit one. As I was going to check out I was going to mentioned this to the desk staff but they just told me to check out at the kiosk so I did but not a very happy customer. They need to provide a better way for luggage drop off AND turn off whatever makes the AC units go off when guest are in the room!
