Great location for a quick walk to the aiport. Extremely clean and very welcoming customer service. The food was incredible! Would definitely stay here again!

Parked at jet park 3 and got shuttle to terminal 3 then walked to the Clayton, checked in using the machine but then had to ask for vip perk, all staff were great behind reception and in bar/ restaurant area. We got a good night sleep and walked to terminal 1 the following morning

Had everything I needed for an airport stay. I particularly like-
1. The free transfer bus.
2. Restaurant menu with vegan options - the five bean chili was delicious.
3. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We needed a rest after a long flight, we had no idea that we needed to use an app or call the hotel for airport shuttle. The room was incredibly noisy, I think it was the people above us The room was incredibly noisy, I think it was the people above us and we were next to the car park also. although the breakfast was pretty good, I could never stay in such a noisy hotel room again. we also found out that they had downgraded the coffee that they supply in the room.

Check in straight forward. Room clean but could have done with air conditioning or at least a fan. Evening food in the bar was good, staff efficient and helpful. Breakfast was ok, we have stayed here a number of times over the last 3 years but felt breakfast was not as good as previous stays, probably wouldn’t extra pay for it again.

A really nice airport hotel that we would consider using again. The only down side was that a sizeable charge for overnight parking was levied when we arrived at the hotel which we were not made aware of when we booked. If we had known about this at the time of booking we may have chosen to stay elsewhere.

The Clayton is well located near to the terminal . The rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly. The food was expensive for what was served and the standard and quality could be improved.

The hotel is located right next to the airport, making it ideal for stays before or after your holiday (or both, as in our case). The first room was perfect, while the second was fine, although it had a very small window—partially disguised by full-length curtains that gave the impression of a larger one. The only other issue was that the shower gel in the bathroom hadn’t been refilled.
The hotel offers a free airport shuttle bus, which is very convenient. John in the restaurant is absolutely lovely—attentive, friendly, and a real asset to the hotel.
