Free shuttle bus offered even midnight, and fast checked in was good point. However we booked as 4 people but there were only 2 towels and 2 water bottles only. The room condition wasn't great as too much dust on the coffee tray and all cups was dirty with some crumbs and mark.

The shower bathtub is somewhat clogged and there is no shower head, making it inconvenient for children to use.
The toilet board was not the right size and the toilet had some cracks and it seemed that it had not been cleaned properly.

Routine airport hotel stay, nice food in the evening and also at breakfast.
The only bugbear was we forgot remove our toothbrushes and toothpaste from our luggage when we did twilight check-in, I checked the hotel listing on Hotels.com and saw that they listed these items under amenities so I went to reception only to be told they only available to purchase at the shop.
The price for these items was of course ridiculous so I walked to T1 and got them for pennies at spar.

The staff were lovely and service very good both at reception and restaurants. The rooms however were uncomfortable, very very hot with no ac. So hot is we had very little sleep. Although service was great we probably wouldn’t stay again due to the rooms.

This was my third time staying here. First time excellent. 2nd time bathroom door did not close due door frame being to small and securitt feature on room door missing
This time tv dongle broken only one channel working till maint used my suitcase to stand tv box on it. Toiletery pumps not dispensing. Will not be staying here again

A brilliant stay pre holiday at this big but personal hotel . The food was excellent and service amazing ! Two stand out members of staff that delivered more than exceptional service are Brandon in the evening and Donna at Breakfast . Rooms are modern and very clean

hotel was clean.room was absolutely boiling.the airconditioning was locked so you couldnt use it.no fridge when they gave you free water which was warm.only 2 big towels when there was 4 of us sharing the room.the food was good though.

The shuttle service was fantastic and made travelling with kids and luggage so much easier, also the staff were all so helpful during our stay. Even the standard twin room was very spacious and had everything we needed.
