The stay was great from the moment we parked the car easily and walked into the lobby. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the rooms were comfortable (a good night's sleep).
Crowne Plaza is next door to Resorts World and within walking distance of the NEC and Birmingham International.

Gave me an accessibility room with a paper thin adjoining room door. I could hear the person in the adjacent room cracking into beer cans loud and clear all night.
Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This is a lovely hotel, with great staff.
The only point id make is, please provide some signage for guests, so they dont pay full whack for parking prior to checking in where they receive a discount. This isnt made clear at point in the car park
