We had a great stay - location is excellent, breakfast was excellent and room was v good. Staff were also really nice and friendly. Only downside was the changing rooms for the swimming pool - gents was out of order and only small family area available which wasn’t the cleanest. Overall though would recommend.

We loved our stay at Crown Plaza. On arrival staff wore very welcoming and helpful. Our room was just what we wanted ,clean comfortable and with a great view. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful and plenty some. The only thing that we wore disappointed with was the swimming area. No men's changing area, meant you had to walk through the reception area in a dressing gown. Swimming pool was cold and we felt uncomfortable
using the steam room as men wore loitering out side it. We did not feel relaxed and went back to our room. Hotel in it self was Fab. Thank you .

Loved this hotel. I visit Liverpool often and this will definitely not be my last visit to this hotel. Beautiful and right next to the Liver Building. Conveniently placed for the docks and near enough to town. Added bonus to have a wonderful spa and swimming pool on site. I would wholeheartedly recommend

Good hotel,very comfortable bed & spacious room,cleanliness good, breakfast was good with friendly staff,we used the spa & gym etc,I do think some of the equipment in gym needs updating as looking very tired.Overall a good stay & central to town centre.

Loved this hotel. I visit Liverpool often and this will definitely not be my last visit to this hotel. Beautiful and right next to the Liver Building. Conveniently placed for the docks and near enough to town. Added bonus to have a wonderful spa and swimming pool on site. I would wholeheartedly recommend

Really nice hotel with the bonus of having its own on site car park. Great location for the docks area plus the main attractions in the centre. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Couldn't fault it and a lovely 81 year old Doorman who had a real twinkle in his eye and was so helpful and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble - he is a real credit to the hotel!
