For my first visit to Liverpool i can say that I could not have picked a better hotel. The location was spot on- with a glorious view of the Liver building, Mersey and docks, very accessible to local transport and sights. Parking was efortless as was checking in.Very friendlly helpful staff, great comfortable room, breakfast 😋. Lovely pool.First time staying at a Crowne Plaza hotel, no hesitation in rebooking for my next trip to Liverpool. Can't wait to return to your beautiful, vibrant, historic city. Many thanks.

Room needs a second comfortable chair and a larger table for two people of eat in room or play a game. Bath slippery getting out after a shower with the hand rail close to shower so does not assist dropping leg to floor, bath curved sides at bottom. Sunday breakfast was noisy large family group calling to each other - not hotel’s fault. Staff were friendly and the doorman was excellent. Had to make a passage to lifts through conference attendees - prior to that quite a few had been standing outside smoking /vapping blocking the pavement. BLT sandwich had very fatty bacon, with so much soft fat and very little meat was a very unpleasant sandwich yet still charging a high price. Buffet breakfast had a nice mixture of food. Room was quiet as had a river view room.

comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly the room was a nice size though had a sticking bathroom door which was a bit annoying. Reported it when we left as it wasn’t a major problem and it avoided disruption. location was ok especially for visiting the liverbird experience and 2 nearby museums and not too far from the new Everton ground.

With very loud traffic noise we all thought a window was open but it wasn’t. Extremely noisy for us trying to sleep. Windows should be updated on road side of the hotel should not have to pay a lot more to get a waterfront room with less noise.

Easy to find being right on the dock side. With on site parking we were able to park up and leave the car until ready to depart 2 days later. Check in was smooth and easy. The staff were all friendly and helpful, pointing out points of interest and providing directions when needed. All the staff were great but in particular John the doorman was always ready for a chat with a smile. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable with good amenities. We made use of the pool and steam room to help us relax. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but we thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a varied selection available, all freshly made, none of it being left to stand but rather being readily replenished as needed. Although the hotel was on the docks next to a main thoroughfare and there was a huge concert going on the room was remarkably quiet. As mentioned the hotel was on the docks so there was plenty to see and do within walking distance. For Beatles fans the Cavern is easily reached but is very loud and crowded. We found a quieter less busy alternative in The Beatles story on Albert docks. Well worth a visit. Not to mention riding the ferry on the Mersey. All in all we had an enjoyable stay and recommend the Plaza for its location, staff and amenities.

Stayed for a long weekend. The hotel's facilities are lovely - particularly appreciated the swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, which were the reasons for selecting this venue and made the trip. The mattress in our room was the only let down - just so spongy and soft, it provided no support for my back at all.

We had a great stay - location is excellent, breakfast was excellent and room was v good. Staff were also really nice and friendly. Only downside was the changing rooms for the swimming pool - gents was out of order and only small family area available which wasn’t the cleanest. Overall though would recommend.

We loved our stay at Crown Plaza. On arrival staff wore very welcoming and helpful. Our room was just what we wanted ,clean comfortable and with a great view. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful and plenty some. The only thing that we wore disappointed with was the swimming area. No men's changing area, meant you had to walk through the reception area in a dressing gown. Swimming pool was cold and we felt uncomfortable using the steam room as men wore loitering out side it. We did not feel relaxed and went back to our room. Hotel in it self was Fab. Thank you .
