Very nice hotel, pool smaller than expected. Parking quite restricted and you cannot prebook. But lovely condition and well laid out.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The swimming facilities really made our stay more special. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Check in and check out was easy. Rooms were well equipped and comfy. Nice location and easy access to all areas of London that we needed.

The hotel was very good, very clean and professional staff. We arrived as a large family and they provided us with a cot, extra blankets and extra water in our room complimentary. The morning breakfast buffet was also very good, the options were very nice. Only critic I would say is that the coffee machine broke down during breakfast and it wasn't to my liking to be honest, coffee was bitter. But overall it was an excellent stay, couldn't fault it. Also we were bit disappointed that we couldn't access the pool as the timings for children cuts off at 7:30pm so please consider extending this.

Stayed in a comfortable room with two double beds for two nights. Very comfortable beds. Quiet rooms from an external point of view despite being in the flight path for the City airport. Quite a bit of noise from the corridor though. Breakfast a good selection although they weren't very good at restocking empty items or clearing dirty plates so the table got quite cluttered. The pool are was ok although not many places to sit.

Location of the hotel is convenient.
Room cleanliness was great, thank you house keeping.
The staff wasn’t very knowledgeable about what spa services they offer. Heard different things from different staff members if there was any spa treatments available. Very unhelpful and disappointing since Expedia listed that this hotel offers massages and that was one reason I booked here. Overall good stay, probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very basic could of been a premier inn apart from there’s a pool but it’s nothing special and the view from the window was a construction site so I wasn’t happy with that paid 230 for the room way over priced I won’t be returning. Also parking was very limited and expensive.

A great option for O2 Arena, good transport links close by as well as a few places to grab food/drink.
Hotel was nice and quiet, staff seemed very friendly and helpful and the check in/out process was very straightforward.
