Not everyday provide bottle water，hotel nearby between two station ，and have small tesco .sound proof

Appreciate: Check-in and out process is efficient. The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is good with many choices. Location is good, near the Rail Station (Custom House) and the Cable Car. Good to travellers. Need to improve: There are only 2 service lifts for all guests but one of them was out if of order. During our 4 days of stay, it did not repaired. People have to wait for several rounds of ups and downs then can go up.

Staff services & professionalisation was excellent. Had issues with the toilet system, same was rectified promptly. Overall stay was excellent.

Friendly staff. Location ok particularly for O2 or Excel. DLR and Elizabeth Line both close by for further travel although DLR was closed at weekend for engineering works! Had to ask for additional towels … 3 guests but only 2 towels. Reception resolved and noted feedback for rest of trip. Breakfasts quite good although when ordering pancakes we got a single American style pancake so had to reorder a couple of extra. Didn’t use pool or gym.

Great location for the cable car and a few dinner options. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Pool was a bit underwhelming as quite small and busy. USB charging points in our room didn’t work which was annoying. Breakfast was varied and nice, lots of so as and attractive dining room and bar.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. Reception staff and restaurant staff were both super helpful and friendly. Room was great with two double beds in the family room.

We initially had an issue with parking but that was luckily resolved and then everything was smooth sailing ahead. All of our staff interactions were very friendly. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included a good variety. The swimming pool however seemed to be a bit dirty. We stayed at this hotel for an o2 event. The connections to o2 via cable car and underground were excellent. Overall, the stay was very good.

Lovely staff, very comfortable beds very clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent very good choice of food and drinks.

Friendly staff, great location

Great hotel , surprised with all the health facilities available , pool , sauna, steam room , gym . Really happy . Lovely large rooms . Great view for me too .Only little thing is the house keeping staff need to leave you alone . I was loosing out on sleep due to constant knocking in the morning if you forget to put the do not disturb sign out . Otherwise great place and will visit again

It was a great hotel and a great room, and I would definitely stay again.

Great location for the excel or for the cable car. We had a family room 2 double beds, would have been nice if it had a kingsize for the adults, a double is a bit too small for me!. The aircon seems to be controlled by the front desk and kept being turned off so had to ask for it to be turned on again. Room spacious and modern and breakfast was nice. We wanted a pool, pool area very clean and modern, jacuzzi a plus. Overall a good stay.

Review of Crowne Plaza London Docklands (Stay: 30th July – 1st August 2025) ⭐️☆☆☆☆ I stayed at Crowne Plaza London Docklands with my family from 30th July to 1st August 2025, and I can confidently say this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we’ve had. The air conditioning in our room kept shutting off throughout the stay, making the room hot and uncomfortable — especially at night. We tried calling the reception multiple times, but no one ever answered. We ended up having to go down to the front desk 2–3 times ourselves, wasting our time and energy on something that should have been resolved promptly. Despite raising the issue repeatedly, nothing was properly fixed. As a gesture, the hotel offered us free parking, some loyalty points (not really useful to us), and a 20% discount for a future stay. Frankly, that doesn’t come close to making up for two nights of poor sleep and the stress we experienced. I’m very disappointed, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A decent night’s rest and responsive service are basic expectations — and even those weren’t met here.

Lovely hotel and location but a small bed

Great stay with the family for a concert at the O2. Easy to get to and good food options nearby. Good size rooms, friendly staff and clean.

Staff was good, breakfasts were amazing
