Crowne Plaza LONDON DOCKLANDS by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The water in the ool was opaque. I could not see underwater at all despite wearing goggles. I was worried it was dirty. However it didn't smell or seem dirty. I expect to be able to see. I wish there hadn't been a swimming lesson in the pool . It's too small for that. Glad there were towels. Restaurant. I do not expect to be charged for water. £1.50 no chance. My poke said was superb as was my panko halloumi but it was huge portion even for me. Not enough chilli sauce. Love the porridge in the mornings but poor selection of jam. Scrambled egg tasted like it has cream in it. Some might like that, I don't. Sausages and bacon clearly high quality. Very nice breakfast. Not enough selection in the evening meal.

Broken lift and jacuzzi was broken for our duration. Rooms was dirty people left rubbish in rooms. Shower not working. Awful hotel avoid

A really nice hotel. Super convenient for events at Excel. Staff are wonderful, especially Elizabet who helped me combine two bookings together so my extension to my original booking resulted in me staying in the same room. Breakfast staff are fantastic too!

Smart hotel and great location for Excel and close to Elizabeth Line for swift travel into centre. Great facilities and comfortable.

Visiting son in the area with elderly parents. Pleasant hotel short walk from Elizabeth line. Hotel staff friendly, rooms clean with comfortable beds and mini fridge which was really handy

We had a fabulous stay, hotel was spotless, breakfast was amazing but more importantly was the attitude of the staff, they were friendly, helpful and extremely attentive to your every need. Location was great and very close to a couple of underground stops. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back in the future.

Staff services & professionalisation was excellent. Had issues with the toilet system, same was rectified promptly. Overall stay was excellent.

Friendly staff. Location ok particularly for O2 or Excel. DLR and Elizabeth Line both close by for further travel although DLR was closed at weekend for engineering works! Had to ask for additional towels … 3 guests but only 2 towels. Reception resolved and noted feedback for rest of trip. Breakfasts quite good although when ordering pancakes we got a single American style pancake so had to reorder a couple of extra. Didn’t use pool or gym.

Great location for the cable car and a few dinner options. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Pool was a bit underwhelming as quite small and busy. USB charging points in our room didn’t work which was annoying. Breakfast was varied and nice, lots of so as and attractive dining room and bar.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. Reception staff and restaurant staff were both super helpful and friendly. Room was great with two double beds in the family room.

We initially had an issue with parking but that was luckily resolved and then everything was smooth sailing ahead. All of our staff interactions were very friendly. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included a good variety. The swimming pool however seemed to be a bit dirty. We stayed at this hotel for an o2 event. The connections to o2 via cable car and underground were excellent. Overall, the stay was very good.

Lovely staff, very comfortable beds very clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent very good choice of food and drinks.

Friendly staff, great location

Great hotel , surprised with all the health facilities available , pool , sauna, steam room , gym . Really happy . Lovely large rooms . Great view for me too .Only little thing is the house keeping staff need to leave you alone . I was loosing out on sleep due to constant knocking in the morning if you forget to put the do not disturb sign out . Otherwise great place and will visit again

It was a great hotel and a great room, and I would definitely stay again.

Great location for the excel or for the cable car. We had a family room 2 double beds, would have been nice if it had a kingsize for the adults, a double is a bit too small for me!. The aircon seems to be controlled by the front desk and kept being turned off so had to ask for it to be turned on again. Room spacious and modern and breakfast was nice. We wanted a pool, pool area very clean and modern, jacuzzi a plus. Overall a good stay.
