We enjoyed our stay as always, at the Hilton ar Newcastle Airport prior to an early flight the next morning. Check in was good, no problems. I like the cookies that we are given at check in, nice touch. Lovely comfy bed, nice bathroom with all the products you would need. I would have like another comfy chair in the room, so both my husband and I could both relax together, as we did at the Copthorne in Newcastle last year, it did make a difference. Also to point out that the wall at the side of the bed was marked with splashes all over it and there were chips out of the headboard in a few places, not as high standard as we would expect from Hylton. Apart from that our stay was lovely.

I arrived late to the hotel for an early flight in the morning and chose to eat in the restaurant. Both the service and the food wasn't great sadly. None of the restaurant team asked at any point if "everything was ok" to which I would have shared my feedback.

A high standard of hotel as one would expect of a Hilton. I was also able to use the Hilton app meaning I could check in online and use my phone as my room key, thus missing the queues/waiting at the front desk

Amazing. Arrived at around 3am from a night flight to be greeted by a warm cookie! The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was like a cloud (pillows and blankets were unreal), staff were all super pleasant, can’t wait to come back.

Just a one night stay prior to an early morning flight. Located right next to airport so perfect and the room was very comfortable with everything we needed. Bed very comfortable. The only negative would be that the shower was very weak.
