The hotel staff is great and the location couldn’t be better for EasyJet!!! However, the hotel is worn and the floors in my room squeaked when I walked on them. Also, my TV only had basic channels.

The heating in the room didn’t work and there was only 1 person at reception rushed off his feet as the reception is also the bar so we couldn’t hear each other.
I was sick with a bad cold and I couldn’t get any heating so I demand a refund. There was no heat Al teas either.
