Brilliant place to stay to start your holiday off in style.

Great location for north terminal bag drop but not well signposted from the shuttle.
Room was spacious and clean comfortable bed. Very quiet. Recommend this hotel. Continental breakfast served from 4am and hot breakfast from 7am. Would use it again.

Stayed here as we had an early flight.
It was my 60th birthday and in my room they had decorated it with 60th balloons, card and chocolates.
So very thoughtful and evidence of a hotel that goes the extra mile. Room was beautiful and breakfast served from 4am and complimentary.

The hotel is great base for a night before travel stay. The only thing that has changed since I last stayed there was whilst the continental breakfast starts at 04:00, the hot breakfast does not now start until 07:00 that meant we missed out. :(

Having stayed at this hotel about 7 months ago I decided to stay here again the night before I was due to take an overseas flight. Previously I enjoyed a peaceful and restful night sleep but on this occasion I didn’t get that sleep I so badly needed. I was allocated Room 101 and for the most part of the night all I heard was loud “flapping” and noise. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I will stay here again but I would make a point to the receptionist that I would like another room and NOT Room 101 or any room on that floor.

Despite the negative comments we’ve read, the room was immaculate. So clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a one night stay. It was also quiet, it had a very comfortable bed plus a huge TV and a spotless bathroom. The complimentary buffet breakfast again was impressive with a lot of choice for a quick feed at 5am The bonus of course was being metres away from the North Terminal check-in zone, and with EasyJet’s Twighlight bag drop so close, it made the start of our holiday so much more relaxed. Will definitely come here again.

Nice and easy too get to from the north terminal arrivals hall. Reception was quick with a nice quiet room. Everything was good except the kettle not working which I reported in the morning.

Super convenient location, very short walk from departure hall at North Terminal and quick shuttle service to South Terminal. The lady who checked us in was really kind and accommodating to our requests. Really quiet considering the location, we couldn’t hear any planes just some noise from the road. Breakfast okay but nothing special, coffee machines were broken so had to use bar for coffee and not a big choice of foods and not always replenished quickly when empty. Nice to have it included tho. Housekeeping cleaned the room next to us at 6:30am which was a bit annoying with the noise of the door banging etc Overall it is a good choice and would definitely stay again.
