Hampton by Hilton London Gatwick Airport

Great hotel . Staff was excellent. My only complaint was the floors in our bedroom and the one above is was all very squeaky. We heard terrible aquaking whenever anyone was walking in their room (and I'm sure the people in the room under our heard us as well).

The beds were terrible. They were hard, squeaked every time you moved. Not a good experience. It took us about 30 minutes of walking around each terminal to find the Hampton . I didn’t whether to look for Hampton, Hilton or Longbridge - all 3 names were in my email. No signs directing us easily, from the train, were visible. Will not be staying again.

Absolutely the place to stay. The staff are brilliant and very helpful The bed is sooooo comfy The breakfast was delightful This hotel never fails to imprwss

What a complete joke. Arrives at the hotel at approx 2.45am from a late night flight. Man in reception on phone so waited to he had finished to be told he has to kick start the computer to check us in and takes a few mins. When we eventually got to check in it took him and his manager to check us in and we eventually was told room Number etc. Went up the lift to the room and on opening it found a man standing in the room! I had 2 exhausted children whom just wanted to sleep and on top this was embarrassing to not only us but the guest in the room. Had to go back to reception and was not one bit impressed with situation. Manager then took us to another room where he had to make a bed up. We finally got to bed at nearly 4am. Staff completely incompetent at their jobs. Never again!’

Breakfast was great but dinner was disappointing to say the least.

Always stay at Hampton by Hilton LGW when traveling abroad. The prefect stopover, with breakfast included in the cost. Late checkin at 1am but was warmly welcomed by Billy at the front desk.

Very convenient for airport terminal. Breakfast started at 4am which was very helpful.

The hotel is inside the terminal so you can just walk to check in the next morning. So convenient.

Very clean comfortable room, good check in, very handy to walk to/from north terminal - 30 seconds via walkway. M&S food 2 minute walk across terminal.

There is a very very early (like 04:30am) breakfast available! Ideal before a 6am flight from LGW.

Very comfortable beds and pillows , nice big room , clean and tidy , good size bathroom , perfect for travelling to and from holiday destinations.

This was our third time staying in the hotel and it was really good

The receptionists are polite and incredibly helpful. The food options are good

Room was far too hot, no water in the room

If you are planning a day in Brighton and have a flight the next day, perfect location.

Hotplate for the breakfast needed to be hotter for the hash browns bacon with the breakfast was cold

A very conveniently located hotel connected by bridge to GTW North Terminal - a 5 minute walk to Departure check-in. Bedroom and bathrom very well presented with all essential amenities. Excellent sound proofing ! Breakfast included in the room rate - a self service buffet which was excellent.

A fitness gym was handy to pass some time during our layover.
