I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, it's perfect and stress free for early flights from stansted.
Firstly it's super convenient- short walk from the airport and train station. All the staff are professional, experienced and polite so check in and breakfast were smooth sailing.
The hotel itself and the lobby (despite being busy and a big hotel) are very well designed, spacious with plenty of seating so it never feels overcrowded. Calm atmosphere was greatly appreciated after a hectic day at work and a stressful drive.
The rooms are always clean, comfortable and quiet. Always a good nights sleep :)
Lastly breakfast- well stocked and good selection of cooked and continental. American waffles you can freshly make too!!
Breakfast was included and starts 4am so its perfect if you need to catch early flight. I may be wrong but I think on our previous stays Breakfast was served till 11 but now its 10am?
The only thing I noticed that perhaps could be a point of improvement is maintenance- some of the carpets were damaged and the shower trap cover in our room had seen better days.
Overall another fantastic stay. Will definitely continue to book this hotel. Very highly recommend. Thank you once again

Comfortable hotel with efficient and courteous staff. After 5 days of poor breakfasts at another hotel, the breakfast here was a delight.
Will use this hotel whenever I can afford it.

Good location and our room was quiet. Good for overnight stay. Dinner was awful. Next time I would go into the airport to eat. Breakfast was very good and staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful.

Walking distance from Stansted airport is a big plus, and also has a limited menu 24/7 which is essential for an airport hotel. Two benefits not available at the nearby Premier Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Also there are two buffet areas in breakfast so I imagine it copes much better than some other hotels at busy times.

Very easy to get to after a delayed flight and with a very tired teenager. Front desk staff were friendly and quick getting us checked in. The room with runway view was exactly what we wanted. Bathroom was spacious. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I travel in or out of Stansted again in the future

Next door to the terminal on Stansted Airport, comfortable and clean. Food is a bit pricey, good breakfast, worth a stop over if you have an early morning check in/flight.

Fantastic stay, waaaay better than radison blu which i found to be shabby ie beautiful entrance however once on the lift it deteriorates from there ie scuffed walls, grubby phone, worn stained carpets. Hilton much better 5 stars all the way, only one small hiccup, they forgot to give me my 4am alarm call, however luckily i was awake. Would definitely stay there again

I stayed for 1 night just recently after travelling from Grand Cayman going onto Ibiza the following day and was so glad I made the choice to stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, even lending me a phone charger when I realised my adaptor was fried! The room was clean and the bed super comfy! The complimentary breakfast was yummy and then it took me all of 5 minutes to walk to the terminal to get my flight the next day. Highly recommend, I'd definitely stay here again.

Very good location for getting a flight from Stansted as you’d expect, only a few mins walk from train, bus & terminal.
Room was nice, Breakfast was very good, only downside was the aircon in the room was a bit feeble & it was the hottest night of the year making for quite a warm & stuffy night

The hotel lobby is nice and plush very welcoming staff the restaurant is very moden but with a limited menu. The corridors and pizzia boxes and plates placed out side many rooms and left for a long time . The room well it was tidy but attenting to detail in the bathroom wasnt the best mirrors sink not cleaned very well. The beds were terrible hard and very uncomfortable worst few hours sleep ive had in years. We ordered a breakfast bag because were had an early flight it consisted of an apple a mini croissant and mini pain au chocolate this was very disapointing considering if we had flown later we would have had a full english
