Easy to get to from the terminal. Very clean and good amenities.

Great choice for early flight. Included breakfast available from 4am

Booked prior to early flight out. On whole a comfortable and convenient experience. Sofa bed not prepared on arrival but sorted promptly on request. Directions to the meet and greet parking on site not great.

Convenient

Good location and our room was quiet. Good for overnight stay. Dinner was awful. Next time I would go into the airport to eat. Breakfast was very good and staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful.

Walking distance from Stansted airport is a big plus, and also has a limited menu 24/7 which is essential for an airport hotel. Two benefits not available at the nearby Premier Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Also there are two buffet areas in breakfast so I imagine it copes much better than some other hotels at busy times.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, it's perfect and stress free for early flights from stansted. Firstly it's super convenient- short walk from the airport and train station. All the staff are professional, experienced and polite so check in and breakfast were smooth sailing. The hotel itself and the lobby (despite being busy and a big hotel) are very well designed, spacious with plenty of seating so it never feels overcrowded. Calm atmosphere was greatly appreciated after a hectic day at work and a stressful drive. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and quiet. Always a good nights sleep :) Lastly breakfast- well stocked and good selection of cooked and continental. American waffles you can freshly make too!! Breakfast was included and starts 4am so its perfect if you need to catch early flight. I may be wrong but I think on our previous stays Breakfast was served till 11 but now its 10am? The only thing I noticed that perhaps could be a point of improvement is maintenance- some of the carpets were damaged and the shower trap cover in our room had seen better days. Overall another fantastic stay. Will definitely continue to book this hotel. Very highly recommend. Thank you once again
