Very welcoming & friendly staff.

Our beds were quite comfortable, buffet Breakfast was good. Our room needed maintenance issues as the thermostat wasn’t working and the changed our room, thensafe wasn’t working, the curtains had pulled off the rack, the shower drain wasn’t draining. The maintenance people did fix everything as requested.

Staff were very helpful and seemed happy in their work.

Had an early flight so very convenient. Early breakfast so still had food

The stay was good, staff good, quick check in. The only thing that let the stay down was a very fusty smell in the room/bathroom

Always try to stay here tthe night before my flights from Stansted. Right by the train station and next door to the airport.

Everything. Lovely room, very helpful staff. What was not to like; plus an excellent breakfast. Always good that’s why I continue to use the hotel.

After touring around and traveling through the UK it was a very relaxing stay before we made our trek back to Canada.

Excellent overnight stay ahead of an early morning flight. Just a five minute walk under a covered walkway to the terminal. Staff all very friendly, helpful and efficient. Excellent breakfast available even at 6am. The room was very clean, and the bathroom spotless with a good shower. Bed a little too firm for my liking. Overall, great value for money and a great way to start a holiday.

We had the quadruple room--two double beds, some seating, fridge, microwave. The room was bright and cheery and really large. The beds were super comfortable Sarah is a very sweet host.

Very convenient for next morning early flights. Friendly and helpful staff. Accommodated an easy access room for disabled.

I recently stayed at the Hilton at Stansted Airport and was very pleased with my experience. The room was well laid out, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped bathroom, and a very large shower — everything i needed for a relaxing night before an early flight. What stood out most was the exceptional service. The reception staff were proactively helpful and welcoming, making check-in and any questions i had effortless. I had an issue with my room‘s air-conditioning, which was immediately resolved after calling reception from the room The included buffet breakfast was another highlight — a wide variety of options, all fresh and good quality. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, even at a very early hour of the morning All in all, a smooth, comfortable stay that made travelling through Stansted much easier. Connected access to and from airport departures to hotel reception takes 5-8mins, step free and mostly undercover. Highly recommended!

Hotel close to airport very convenient. Room clean tea and coffee provided. Milk not provided was main issue. Most things good. Breakfast very good at 4 am.
