I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. The bathroom had a bath with a shower. The overhead shower was powerfully enough and the water was hot. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, it was peaceful. My tv worked. Kettle was clean.
The only downside was my room felt a bit cold. I didn’t ask about the heating, maybe if I had they’d have helped.
Breakfast was amazing. No complaints.

Helpful and friendly staff. Extremely comfortable bed and a great breakfast. Conveniently placed for the Victoria Bikers Pub just across the way. Would recommend to anyone visiting Coalville in the future.

The mattresses were very soft with no support for someone with back problems. The manager did try to find a room with better mattresses but we decided to just check out early. The breakfast was really good and lots of choices.

It is just a hotel. For that piece of average hotel the price is expensive £85.00. the breakfast was £9 not that great for that money.
