Hilton London Kensington

Really nice hotel in a good area near the Westfield Centre. Lovely friendly staff, a good breakfast but crazy busy which put me off on one of the days. Only other issue was really low water pressure in the shower...but otherwise an excellent hotel and stay

The hotel it’s self is more like shepherds Bush than Kensington. The underground parking is a massive plus and there is plenty of it. All the staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel its self is dated. The rooms are tiny and are due a good refurbishment. The shower was the worst shower I’ve ever had in a hotel. That said the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel was ok for bed comfy and having a fridge in the room, plus nice size bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, such choice. Only thing that was not good was the whole hotel was far to hot in temperature and the room climate control wasn’t good, fan even on cool and high didn’t help cool down the room at all.

Tiny, Dirty, and Uncomfortable My stay at the Hilton London Kensington was a complete disappointment. The room was incredibly cramped, barely big enough to open my suitcase. The furniture was old and worn, with a large, stained patch on a chair that I didn't even want to sit on. The room itself was not clean, and I left feeling like I hadn't had a proper night's rest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were all excellent and professional. The food in restaurant was very good as well. The breakfast buffet was excellent, so many options to choose from and everything is quality. The bed was very comfortable in a spacious room. Westfield shopping centre is 10 minute walk away which is just past the Shepherds Bush tube station. We really enjoyed our long weekend and will definitely be going back.

Very conducive and safe

The hotel itself was super clean and the staff incredibly inviting. Finishes in the bedroom were dire .. it could have been a lovely room but we were left snagging clothing on upholstery that had seen better days and our twin room beds for undesirable .. beds are super high off the ground and on wheels so brace yourself for impact should you be as clumsy as myself. Mattress was a little hard and after the mattress test winded myself a little .. but my heart went out to those in the room below us because damn those beds made some noise and given that we were woken many times either but the creaking of us turning or because we needed to find comfort in the beds .. I mean otherwise it's a prime location and the staff were on the ball.

A very comfortable stay. The room was a little cramped. The Breakfast was extremely good.

They upgraded room for birthday and provided brownie and decorations :)

It was a good location.

Booked as part of a friend's 50th birthday celebrations. Location is very convenient for Westfield white city or the itv/bbc studios nearby. There was a conversation about decorating the room with some balloons etc for my friend. This was also printed in the leaflet the hotel emailed to me, a few days before we checked in. However when arriving at the hotel, they said this had not been done and they did not have any decorations. Do not offer things, if they cannot be provided as it just gives false information and hope. The following day, we discovered there was no shower gel in the bathroom and nobody at guest service or housekeeping answered the calls we made. Finally got through to the front desk and they said it would be sent up straight away. An hour later, it still had not arrived. Surely from a brand like Hilton, you cannot be faulted for at least expecting toiletries?! I will end on a high, the buffet breakfast was great! Good selection and food was all warm or cool where appropriate. I would stay again in the hope any errors on this stay would not be repeated. Poor reply from the hotel though.

Comfortable enough, but the room was definitely in need of a upgrade.It felt very outdated, chipped paint on doors, stained carpet, no where to plug anything in except in the little kitchenette area.

For the price I couldn't complain but I wouldn't give it a 4-star rating overall.

Doorman and staff were friendly. Room was fine, beds were a bit uncomfortable but hey…location was good proximity to shopping mall.

For the brand name and the location this hotel was more like a motel than 3/4 star hotel . No proper ventilation , light fixtures were broken , wall paper peeling and no restocking of bathroom amenities. Carpet was even dirty and stained and bleached in spots .

Wife hated this place. I thought it was fine. So if you’re looking for a good “vibes” place I would avoid. It’s hard to describe but it has the feel of a hotel with a casino (without the actual casino of course)

Stayed at this hotel 30 years ago, sad to see it has deteriorated a lot. Room is tired, furniture and door chipped did not repair. Bathroom is small. Bed not quite comfortable, the springs squeak even with slight movement. Price is quite affordable but will definitely not stay here again.

Can access most of London from here just by stepping on a bus
