Polite, helpful and very professional staff. Delightful hotel, clean, tidy, light, well adapted for the disabled visitor. Easy parking and excellent access for wheelchair users. Quiet and well situated. Very impressed.

Ged our check in host organised our Checkin as we has multiple needs. Parking and shuttle To the airport in the morning. Easily organised with a smile and a joke in his pocket. The only thing that let our stay down was the air con not working in our room. On arrival we weren't informed of any issue, on opening our room we stepped into a very hot room with 3 fans going full blast - despite the work around the room was too hot and our it made our son feel poorly

Hotel was ok and served a purpose. It was a place to sleep prior to flying from Bristol. We made the mistake of using the restaurant. Over an hour and a half wait for a burger. When it arrived it was all but inedible. They did halve the bill, but it was still £40 for the food and a couple of drinks. Had they told us how long the wait was we would have gone elsewhere. The issue allegedly was the fact that they were short staffed. Simply not good enough.

The gentleman on reception was not very helpful at all. His English was limited and it was difficult to understand him most of the time. When my husband went to enquire about transportation he was advised that we either had to take separate rides an hour apart or take a later one which would have meant that we may not have made our flight. He was not empathetic and there was no offer to arrange a taxi for us as an alternative. The food in the restaurant was limited although I found that those workers were very nice and friendly. I would not choose to stay there again.

Not obvious that the parking is an addition 15, check the air con works. Mine didn't and should have cottoned on to the rattly fan left in the room. Arrived just after midnight, too wiped to complain. Though it did deserve it

Lovely property but the air con was unfortunately not working so the rooms were very hot. Our request to have adjacent rooms couldn’t be accommodated. We also had an issue with lights not working on one of our rooms. I thought the staff did a fantastic job in despite of very difficult circumstances. What a horrible night in what was meant to be a simple stay. Our check in was lovely as was the entire team on site. The room had no AC even though it was advertised, and even worse no windows that opened??!!. The small fan in the room and the portable AC unit that was delivered did absolutely nothing to cool us down. Slept maybe 2 hours combined due to this. While the team was great, when you’d call reception on your phone you’d be directed to a main hub NOT in the hotel who couldn’t help with anything. What a headache the chain has introduced. Going downstairs was the only way to get assistance - they did everything they could to help make the portable AC work but it just didn’t let up.
