The staff were so friendly and accomdating. Despite our issues with it being extremely noisy in our original room they sorted it immediately and moved us. Also, best hotel shower ever!

住宿4日3夜，首晚浴室企缸在沐浴中途發現不去水，找酒店服務員電話無人接聽，到服務前台投訴3次才處理，起初想拖延至次天早上才安排處理，又表示房間全滿無法換房，後來才表示有雙床房，我們一再堅持下才願意馬上派通渠。當晚睡至半零晨突然響起警鐘，以致各房客都緊疏散，結幸好是誤鳴，但酒店對房客並沒有道歉，不知所謂的服務。到最後一天執房間又放漏了毛巾。房間空調非常的嘈，即使風力調至最低也很嘈。自助早餐食物供應選擇少，又不補充食物。總體體驗很差，一次已受夠了，不想再入住。

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et bien équipées.
Le restaurant sur place est un vrai atout : idéal pour dîner sans avoir à se déplacer.
L'hôtel se situe, par contre, à environ 40 minutes du centre de Londres en transport. Mais très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Great location for London City Airport. Staff were pleasant and helpful, property well maintained. View from room of car park and building around. we were leaving early so were given a packed breakfast but this turned out to be just unripe fruit and a mini muffin

Hotel gut, Zimmer gut und sauber, Frühstück ok, Negativ war, dass es am Wochenende keine Zugverbindung zur Stadt gibt, es fahren Busse aber es ist sehr kompliziert und unübersichtlich.
