24 hour desk, clean, quiet room close to the airport. There’s a well lit walkway between the airport and hotel, which was much appreciated for a late arrival. Breakfast was comprehensive with a mix of hot and cold foods. Would definitely recommend for a short airport stay

The hotel check was quick and easy. The staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms were perfect for what we needed and was a very nice short stay before an early flight. I liked how breakfast was laid out nice and early. The only thing I think could be improved is that I think there should be a bus shuttle available to and from the airport directly from the hotel. This would make the hotel 10/10

Love this hotel and its staff. Rachel who was working breakfast is a breath of fresh air.
Only downside to it all is the parking fee. Its cheaper to leave it in the longstay carpark

Had a late flight into Luton so made sense to stay the night and finish our long journey next day once we had a good night’s sleep a shower and some breakfast. All was very good and would definitely stay again. Staff were friendly, always a good thing.

The holiday inn express was brilliant. Clean , friendly staff and comfortable. People should be made aware of the rip off parking £50 for24hrs. There is a discount but you’re not made aware of this until you’re actually in the hotel and paid !!!
