Room was comfortable and clean except for the carpet which had stains. Shower in bathroom was excellent and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Hotel was good, food brought in the restaurant was cold, although the staff were nice about it and offered a free sweet it should had been correct in the first place, the food ordered wasn't complicated as not much choice on the menus.
I personally wouldn't stay here again.

I booked an adapted cabin because of my mobility problems, I was disappointed to discover all your adapted rooms are the furthest away from the lift.
Oh and please put a sign on the door leading to the toilets in the bar area.

Unfortunately the o'clock check in was 3pm there was not any staff to operate the bar so unable to get coffee or a drink ...reception staff to busy with computers and billing ...key card kept not working ...car park full so no where to park , just overall poor. Needs up grade

Lovely spacious room, only slight concern was that we had paid for parking and the car park was overcrowded when we came back from our evening out and a member of staff moved her car.
