Staying here before going to the port. Wonderful receptionist said we would be better to organise our taxi once e had checked in and she did all that for us.

This hotel is over priced for the price. Rooms are small and dated. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned. One of the towel smells like perfume! Disgusting! We were so tired with the long flight and were only there overnight for the cruise the next day. I won’t recommend. One positive note, breakfast was good but too crowded. How do they check if those people are even staying in the hotel?

The hotel was very basic but clean, the food choice was terrible,There is parking but i feel that if you are staying at the hotel as a guest parking should be free and it isnt .If i were to stay there again i would book a twin room as the bed was very small for 2 people

Quite a few stains on the carpet & the plug in the sink kept getting stuck. The burgers are pricey but very tasty & the shower is nice & powerful.

All was good except wrong info given by reception re electric charging at nearby Hilton, they said you have to pay parking fee also, but did not, and they suggested Tesco, gave us sat nav for it, which was actually a small Tesco express without any chargers,we waisted an hour
