The staff were pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Our dinner order was incorrect but the waitperson was very apologetic and provided a replacement with a reduction off the bill. Not his fault, and he handled well. And the food was very good

Deep disappointment with the quality of our stay.
Upon our arrival, we were dismayed to discover that the bedsheet in our room was visibly soiled with black marks, leaving us with serious doubts about its cleanliness and whether it was even new. This issue raised immediate concerns about the overall hygiene and standards of the room.

距离机场有点距离，步行10分钟左右，沿着机场hotels的路牌指示可到，但是路面不是很平，拖着箱子走有些费力。酒店房间不大，条件一般不过安静，可以做转机休息。早餐不错，餐厅服务员也nice，就是夜班接待的前台业务不太熟练，办理入住破费了一番功夫。另外，酒店对外国信用卡自动转换成美元，汇率很差，给人的体验很不好。

The staff were amazing! The AC in the room worked very well. The restaurant had delicious food, and the bartenders were very nice and friendly. If I ever find myself back in Luton, I will definitely stay here again. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

Good stay, convenient for the airport, about a 10 min walk. I was put in an adjoining room to start with but could hear every word of my neighbours so asked to swap. The receptionist kindly upgraded me to an executive room which was great.
