I liked the simplicity of the decor, there were no dust traps and no chemical odours disguising smells. Although the proximity of the restaurants and spa were close by there was no evidence of cooking smells or noise, I really did enjoy my stay, the staff everywhere went that extra mile, They were amazing.

My favourite Liverpool hotel, great spa and restaurant. Perfect location - between the 2 cathedrals, right opposite the Philharmonic and a great pub (Queen of Hope Street), loads of places to eat and drink very close by and the city centre walkable in 5-10 mins.

Located in a great position with easy access to historical area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good quality with great selection.

Great hotel in a good location. Staff are exceptionally good, being professional, friendly, and keen to help. Our room was spacious with a decent sized bathroom. We would happily stay here again

Gorgeous hotel. The staff were just amazing. Facilities were amazing rooms were amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Perfect location. Could not fault this hotel one bit.

Love all the little touches that make your stay more comfortable. The spa was incredible and definitely worth spending the extra to do, it was not over crowded and lots of different areas to spend time in. The staff at reception were so helpful, especially as we had many bags to keep in the hold area. Only down side was the size of the rooms, I felt for the price they should be slightly bigger as manoeuvring around the bed with lots of bags was not easy.

From there moment we arrived the wonderful attentive staff were an absolute pleasure. Great room - great location - will not be staying anywhere else when we are in Liverpool

Great Location Friendly Staff Luxury Spa

Great stay. Just needed to be in town for a night. Hotel was lovely. Very clean, exactly what I expected. Thanks so much. I'll probably stay here again If I have to come back into Liverpool.

Walls to adjoining rooms are too thin, especially the headboard area.

Loved how spacious the rooms are! The bathroom was fantastic and it was well designed. Only thing I didn’t like was the spa was actually separate and you had to pay to use it and book in advance
