When we arrived we advised that we were celebrating my husband birthday and we got upgraded. The view wasn't good and there were no moisturiser. Also we were given one free breakfast and the breakfast was very good

Would have been 5 stars if it weren’t for the conflicting and unhelpful messages given by staff. We asked in the bar at exactly 10pm if room service was available to which they said look on the tv for menu and ring down with your order, on looking at tv info on menu said served until 1030 pm on ringing reception at 10:07 and was answered about 10 minutes later and was informed by reception room serviced stopped at 10 and hung up on. Which left us rather unimpressed.
The location was great and very quiet for where it was.
Breakfast was nice but not the best I’ve had by a long way and slightly overpriced for an additional £20 each.

This hotel is in a perfect location - very central to the shops, restaurants and bars.
It is a beautiful hotel and we would definitely return, however, two things stopped us from rating it as 5 stars.
The first was a member of the reception staff (normally situated on the screen at the end of reception close to the lifts). She didn't crack a smile once and could barely bring herself to make eye contact. It almost made you feel uncomfortable if you had to approach her for anything. The rest of the reception staff, however, were great, very helpful and accommodating.
The second complaint was the breakfast that we paid £50 for. The food was tepid at best, it may have helped if the plates were warm but we ate hardly any of it. We did speak to one of the staff about it who said she would pass it onto the kitchen staff but whether anything changes is probably unlikely. Save yourself the extortionate price and go and eat in one of the many restaurants that surround this otherwise, lovely hotel.

Only 5 mins to Stratford train station & shopping centre is virtually outside the front door. Well signed to find the hotel from the train station.
A bit disappointed one of the housekeeping ladies could not understand English as I wanted to know if the water bottles in the room were free or not.

We booked this hotel as it was near to Stratford Underground/Westfields & Abba Stadium and its the perfect location as you can walk to the Abba stadium in around 20 mins. The Hotel was lovely, staff friendly & efficient and the room was on 8th floor and very comfy & spacious.... So lovely hotel with great location for all we needed. Also a lovely walk around Stratford Village and olympic village on the doorstep.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay for our early morning travel departure. Train station is a short walk away. Excellent shopping in the Westfield mall. A very nice park and stadium nearby make for pleasant walking. We will definitely stay there again.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was very convenient to have so many food and shopping choices so close by. But with that, I didnt think finding the place would be difficult. As someone who hasn't ventured the area much, finding my way around was a problem, especially since google maps gets confused about the layers of the area and the signal varies. I believe walking directions from the station would be wise to add so people don't lose themselves in the crowd. Other than that, i greatly enjoyed my room, the service, the food, and overall the stay.

We have stayed at the Hyatt Regency before and it was excellent the first time and excellent this time fantastic place to stay if you are going to ABBA Voyage or for the Shopping at Westfield just a shame about Fire Alarm going off at 5:15 in Morning but best to be safe than sorry the Staff in this Hotel were excellent and a big thank you to them all

I like the fact that check in was easy. I was early but they gave me a room. The room was standard and ok but the heating wasn’t working and had to call an engineer - even after the visit it wasn’t ever warm enough. Tried to get lunch in the bar or restaurant but very limited by a corporate function and very odd bar menu - this needs attention in my view. Went out of the hotel for lunch. Ordered room service in the evening but the food was luke warm and unappetising. Some of the staff were very friendly, some not. I would stay here again as it is clean and convenient but I would like to be able to find quality food available in the hotel. I did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Check out was easy. Food service in the hotel needs overhaul.
