WIFI連接好 酒店正正係大型商場隔離 去地鐵站行5分鐘就到 雖然係ZONE 2/3, 但其實去市中心既景點都好方便 早餐選擇唔係話特別多，但夠食。

I love the location. It's just so convenient. I love the breakfast. The room is clean and the air-con is working nicely. One thing is that the water for shower is a bit small.

Loved our stay, lovely clean room bed was so comfortable. The location was excellent next door to Westfield and train station. Will definitely return.

The desk at check out tried to charge us for a breakfast that we never had. The system of simply giving a room number to charge food is ripe for abuse.

What a hotel! When we arrived (10 minutes before check in time) our room wasn’t quite ready but staff were friendly, helpful & made sure we were comfortable & had complimentary drinks whilst we waited. They also added a complimentary breakfast to our stay to make up for it. They really did go above & beyond. We will definitely stay again & would like to thank Hyatt Regency Stratford for a wonderful stay!

What a fab hotel right in the heart of Stratford, near to lots of restaurants and bars, a perfect location. Our room was large and well set-up. A few more teabags in the room would have been nice, although this was replenished the following day.

Great stay, perfect for Stratford. My only small gripes were that the room lacks a lot of the toiletries etc you would expect for a hotel of this standard. Also, the air conditioning decided to increase itself overnight causing me to wake. Otherwise fabulous.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon checking in, the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor and the towels smelled like vinegar. I immediately brought this to the staff’s attention, but instead of offering a proper solution such as changing the towels or cleaning the room, they simply offered me an air freshener. This is unacceptable for a hotel stay, especially at check-in when the room should be in its best condition. A more proactive approach and better customer service would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and I will likely consider other options next time.

A lovely & quality hotel. Well positioned in the heart of Westfield shopping centre & only 3 tube stops from the 02. Will definitely return.

Lovely hotel, v handy for stadium.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel for my partner’s birthday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was clean, spacious and very comfy. The hotel is also in a great location with the shopping centre entrance just seconds away and lots of restaurants on the plaza.

We booked this hotel as we went to the Iron Maiden concert at the London Stadium. Very convenient only 10 minutes walk. However be prepared for a longer walk back as the event staff push you towards Stratford International. Westfield is shut down, obviously because of the large amount of people there, so the walk back took us 30 minutes. Not the hotels fault but just an insight of what could happen. Other than this annoying distraction the hotel is nice and a good location.
