It is a fairly new hotel and generally good. I would have given a 5 star rating. BUT....at 0600 the room cleaners started on my floor. Shouting down the corridor at each other and ridiculous amounts of banging about in the rooms. Was properly woken up by them...no respect for guests that may be sleeping. Wont be back

A good and comparatively inexpensive option for a place to stay at the airport. Easy enough to find, with good signage esp. if arriving by train.
I would say only a ten minute walk at most along flat floors and paving so easy with wheeled luggage.
Check in ok and they do offer limited hot food for dinner but nothing Gluten Free.
Rooms all new and clean but very much on small side with one side of double bed pushed up against the wall but good lighting options, could do with more space for luggage esp. as it’s an airport hotel but for 1 night it’s good.

Location extremely convenient for airport. Room was spacious, shower was amazing but the mattresses were extremely soft, could feel springs in the single and the double was like lying on the bed base. Otherwise no complaints.

I booked a room with two beds. The beds were so close to each other that it was effectively a double bed. The room was so small that separating them would have blocked access to the bathroom and main room, if their was an emergency.

Comfy beds. Quiet. Very helpful and welcoming reception staff. It loses a lot of points for rip-off breakfast, which was really poor. No one was checking whether you’d paid for breakfast either. I guess anyone could just help themselves. But as (always overpriced) airport hotels with cramped rooms go, I’ve stayed in far worse.

Really rude receptionist greeted us. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Room was basic but ok however headboard frame was dusty and we found somebody’s toothpaste and razor on a shelf.

The room was small but clean and tidy and good value for a quick stop over before an early flight. It is in walking distance for all terminals….we were using T3 which was a 20min walk through the covered walk way.
