Pricing very reasonable, reception very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant food and drink good and reasonably priced. Transport good for airport.
Room was well furnished, toilet/ bathroom brand new or looked like it. Room clean and everything worked well.
Carpark was tight and can be hard to get a park on site. A small fridge in the room would be a big plus but as hotel set up for more overnight stays than for longer term so I can understand it.
For what it is I give it 5 Stars

We ended up staying two nights due to a flight issue. The staff were so friendly, and were great with helping us after our flight had been moved to the next day. We took our two cats as well, and we had no issues at all. The food at the restaurant was great! Lots to choose from. The location was great for our flight from Heathrow Terminal 2, and there was a shuttle bus and very accessible taxis/ubers in the area. The rooms were very clean as was the entire hotel. Really pleased with our stay and would recommend! Great price too considering it’s proximity to Heathrow.

Hotel great for our overnight stay prior to flying. Only problem we encountered was trying to catch a hoppa shuttle bus to terminal 5 from outside the hotel. The shuttle didn’t keep to its published timetable. One bus came ( was empty) but went whizzing past. Ended up getting a taxi otherwise would miss our flight ( and cost £28 !!) hotel staff weren’t overly helpful trying to help us arrange transport. Just pointed to a telephone to call taxi service .

Its an ok hotel. You need a uber to get to heathrow its not something you can walk.
You will be charged £7:45 for a cadburys whole nut bar of chocolate i kid you not everything is ridiculous so if you have kids stay away or you will blow your hokiday money before you go.

The Heathrow Ibis was close to the airport and felt like a safe space. Getting there wasn't the easiest and there are little food options outside of the hotel, but for a quick over night it was great!

Staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful. Hotel bar and restaurant were reasonable with a varied menu. Hotel itself very convenient for my stay and shuttle to Heathrow. Having a cart for my luggage made it superb.

The price was excellent and the restaurant food very good. The beds were too hard and the room very tiny . No air conditioner.
The bathroom amenities were sadly lacking. I would not stay here for more than one night.

Filthy carpets in room. Looked like they had not been cleaned in month's. Be very careful when booking as there is no AC in any rooms. If its summer avoid this place at all cost.
