Not walkable to Heathrow. Taxis pay a transit fee to get to the airport. Still a good deal for overnight stay close to the airport

The hotel room is spacy and cozy. Not patio but able to crack open window for fresh air. The girls who work the bar on the ground floor were working hard every time i saw them with the amount of constant, and at times, impatient people waiting for service. They handled the rushes well! The food 2as good and the staff was attentive. Ill be back!

It was okay. Sink didn’t expel water as plunger broken and didn’t have time to complain as bus to airport was late and had to get uber after already paying. Was told by ba crew who was also catching bus that they are very unreliable.

Overall I would consider this hotel to be a good value for the money that I spent on my stay. My room had some imperfections but I thought that it acceptably clean and comfortable. Although you do have to pay for breakfast I would consider it to be worth it. The food was high quality. The staff were also very helpful and considerate. Thank you!

Stayed here for a night before flying out the next morning.
It was very comfortable. The hotel was really modern and comfortable. Really big room with everything you need. Great price! Overall it was a nice experience. The hotel has food and drink options directly inside.

Desk staff always very helpful and courteous. Food and drink good and not so expensive. Room excellent for what is a 3-4 star hotel. Location is great for the airport with regular bus services. Room was clean and bathroom was fine with soap and hair wash supplied. TV. Coffee and tea provided with kettle, hair drier also supplied. All in all very good value

Booked as overnight stay pre holiday. Easily checked in . Room clean basic but it’s only for a night so what more do you need. Only negative comment £7.50 for a bag of chocolate buttons - day light robbery and no I didn’t buy any

Good. Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms are small but fine for sleeping. A comfortab;e chair would be a nice add. Ice would be nice to have easily available, since no refrigerator in room. Showers are very low pressure so that's a weak point. Overall, decent for an overnight stay, but not ideal for more than a couple of days.
