Please be aware that a number of rooms have adjoining doors and there is virtually no noise proofing between them. Not great if you have an early flight. I had to ask to move rooms for this reason. First time they moved me to a room with exactly the same problem, then after second time of asking i got one with a solid wall rather than a flimsy door with a gap under it

After a delayed flight all we wanted is to get ourself to bed. However we turned up at the hotel to be messed around. We were given a room that it seems is common with doors not being able to be opened. Despite going back and forth to the room and back when the door wasn’t opened. Then they said to give us another room which wasn’t of the type we booked. Terrible experience. The hotel is tired and dated and looks like it hasn’t been shown any love for a long time.

The hotel is one of the nearest to the airport and within walking distances.
Unfortunately, the carpet is tired, bath has rust like damage, bubble paint and plaster on bedroom wall, behind bath, from what might be a leak and the room was.very cold.
Unfortunately, the aircon didnt seem powerful enough to heat the room, even on max, with outside temp of 4 degrees.

Absolute chaos on check-in, queues everywhere. People with wrong rooms, keys not working. Apparently a new system being introduced. They didn't know which rooms were available, had to go and physically check them and come back.
Staff were doing their absolute best in a really difficult situation, but check-in took about an hour and a half in total

Not as close to the airport as you think, about 15 min walk. Listing says iron is included but there wasn’t. The heating system was temperamental. The bed was comfy though and also it wasn’t too noisy despite other reviews.

Conveniently located about 10 minute walk to airport. Staff friendly on check in, but a request for more pillows was forgotten about. Room very cold and heating didn’t seem to work. We were literally only there for about 8 hours as had an early flight so didn’t care too much, but would recommend Holiday Inn instead.

Hotel feels a bit run down. The bedroom was cold, no obvious way to change this. Bed was comfortable though and slept well. Main benefit for the hotel is it is so close to the airport.

12min walk to Luton...Very safe even walk alone as a female in 0340hr to Luton because there are plenty travellers on the way to Luton too
