ibis London Luton Airport

Turned up at 3.00am after a long flight. Hotel was warm and so was the reception! Quickly gave us our keys so we could get some rest. The hotel is super quiet! No road or plane noise which is great! Would recommend! Just an easy 10 min walk from the airport.

Carpet in the room was dirty as were the surfaces

Only one plug socket by the bed, tiny tv, Very slippery bathroom floor without water on the floor or having shoes/bare feet. Only one thin-ish pillow each. Dark and dingy.

Easy to park. Not much around to eat but The Pheasant is a superb pub. Clean. Anna at the front desk was super helpful with the buses for the early morning ride/flight which was reassuring

Great place for overnight stay. Comfortable and close to airport. Local bus if dont want to walk to airport forless than £2.

Fine for what I paid for the room

I will not be staying at the Ibis Luton again. I suffered an allergic reaction to the bed sheets which resulted on a hot red itchy rash to spread across my face, including under eyes and arms. I had to leave in the early hours of the morning otherwise I would have spoken to a manager about the reaction. Hotel room had marks on the wall beside the bed which made the room feel and look dirty. Cans of coke cola/fizzy drinks where seriously over priced even for an airport hotel. £6.70 for 2 regular cans of coke. Staff where friendly but the inability to pay for anything in cash is a major inconvenience.

Excellent cheap option for Luton airport. 10 minute walk away. Lovely helpful welcome when checking in. My only issues were the bathroom. Toilet was not flushing very well (had to remove the toilet paper into the bin). It was a shower over a very high bath, so difficult to step in and out of. The bath tap worked really well but not shower. It came out in a drizzle and was super hot. I would still go again, hope it was a bad room.

Great team very friendly Basic hotel but as expected and good location to airport

Very close to the airport. If you are looking for a place to sleep just as a layover this is perfect. The property is older and the rooms are basic. Mine was freezing cold until we figured out the heat. The staff was friendly and lounge was good for a couple drinks in the evening. The breakfast in the morning was great! Worth it. Then it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the airport. Very convenient.

Just an overnight stay to pick someone up from the airport. Room was fine - a little basic but I wasn't missing anything. Bathroom was ok. Breakfast was a little underwhelming - I could only see small plates and the food wasn't great - but all edible and enough to keep me fed. Parking was a nightmare. There are works going on taking up spaces and those that are available are tight - you have to wait. I made a point to call the hotel before to check about parking and go their call centre who said there is "Plenty of parking, you'll be fine" (paraphrasing) - there wasn't plenty of parking an it was a pain. I had to park in a non-blocking, non-parking space while I waited for spaces to open up - in the end I checked in and let the desk in case I was blocking someone - after about 45 mins I was able to get a space but it was tight. Also - call centre told me spaces would be £22 PER NIGHT - £13 on "just park"... I'd still probably stay again if I needed to do a similar early morning pickup.

Lovely stay night before flight, clean and resonable price

Got there checked in toilet didn’t flush’s properly toilet seat was loose sink wouldn’t empty will not recommend this hotel and definitely won’t be going back there again putting a complaint in when I get back home shocking hotel

Within walking distance of airport. Frienndly staff. Good kitchen service. Food was good. Bed unfortunately was the most uncomfortable ever slept in very hard. In need of replacement topper.
