Easy to get to and from the airport and reasonably priced

Great value for money

Great location for the airport, but the hotel is a little run down and had old stained carpet in the room. All in all a good 1 night stay before my flight.

it was fine for a one night stay before catching an early flight.

Stayed for 1 night following flight back into the country. It was just a room to get our heads down before the 5 hour drive home. It was lovely and quiet, just felt a little outdated. Bed was comfy and everything was clean.

Nothing to complain about, bed for the night before a flight, clean, similar to a travel lodge get what you pay for and I slept well, if you want luxury pay for it and go elsewhere, nothing wrong with this place

Comfy hotel about 10 mins walk to terminal. Good for overnight stay.

It’s ok for a quick stop over before or after a flight. Staff were friendly but not massively helpful. Issues with reservation. Beds were very small and uncomfy for me with only one flat wee pillow each. Couple of other issues but nothing majorly serious. Wouldn’t stay more than one night. Convenient if landing late or leaving early.

I always use this hotel for overnight stays at Luton. Good value and really convenient location. No frills. Ideal.

Convenient location for airport and short bus ride from train station. Evening meal choice limited but good value. Breakfast very good. Room comfortable, bathroom very small and a step entry which was a bit of a trip hazard.

The location is great if you need to get to London Luton airport and I imagine that and the fact it's cheaper than other hotels just as near to the airport is why the hotel gets so many high ratings. But the location is the only great thing about it. It looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80's. There's even old-looking carpet going partially up the wall above skirting board height. Although it does look mostly clean, it doesn't feel clean because it looks and feels so old. The room was drab, lighting was dark and dingy, it was the kind of place that felt so outdated and old that if you touched the carpet you'd probably catch at least three different diseases. The bed wasn't comfortable - neither of us slept well on it. And one of the plugs also didn't work. It did the job for a conveniently located hotel and was the cheapest one in the direct area, but we left the hotel wishing we hadn't bothered booking it and had instead just gone to the airport early to try to sleep on a seat in the waiting area for a few hours instead.

Good hotel for an early morning flight from Luton Airport

It was ok. Fit the purpose. Just needed a bed to sleep in. The restaurant was a bit below average but eatable.

We have arrived late at night and tried to rest, but we received one of the rooms which share doors with the noisy nearby room. Our room was changed at our request. We have also requested an extra pillow due to physical injury, however we haven't received it.

Poor first impression. Arrived at reception desk at 13:40 to check in but was immediately told to sit down as they don’t start processing room allocation until 14:00. I sat and waited 20mins and then went back up and was given my key. The room was ok - windows have safety lock to render them useless bar looking through. Toilet seat was off its hinge. Air con noisy and took a while after fiddling with various switches to cool room. Location is its best feature - I left room at 03:30 and walked to airport terminal. Was surprised how busy it eas at that time. Bus stop across the road from hotel takes you into Luton for £2.50.

We booked specifically because stated the had a wheelchair on site. Not true. Got sent to a room already occupied. Then send to 3rd floor, furthest room from elevator, my husband barely made it with crutches and was in unbearable pain!! This was 2am in morning after a flight from Egypt. Not good enough
