ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport

The check in was very very slow. After waiting a long time, we checked into a room on the sixth floor. We needed an early night as we had a flight early the next day but everytime someone ran the water anywhere, the pipes made a strange humming noise. This was irritating and intermittent the whole night until most people had gone to bed. We didn’t get a great sleep at all. We needed to be up at 4am.

I enjoyed the comfort of my stay here. The environment felt peaceful and was exactly what I needed.

Surprisingly good for the price

For a one night hotel by the airport this was excellent.in an industrial park so longer stay maybe different.breakfast was good.

The Cyrus Hotel was an excellent example of chain and extremely good value for money to start for pleasant and friendly and the room was super clean and super comfortable.

The only disappointment was that it was a quick stop on the way to the airport so a very early start. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and functional. I would have no problem recommending the hotel or staying there again.

Lovely place

Room was good, clean, comforting, and spacious. Breakfast was lovely though standard, would have loved the blueberry crossaint that I find in some ibis hotels. Had a dinner service there too, the options and my steak pie and service was amazing. Its located near the airport which equates to the price, was there for a business visit. The only thing might be helpful would be reducing the price for parking as the price is quite expensive (25£ per night). Understandbly its to compensate for the lack of spaces compared to the number of rooms, but it can be viewed negatively when you think about the price of the room and the car park.

Quick stay before flying, was all good, only I wish they stated “parking available for extra fee” rather than “parking available”

Easy to find. Clean but quite small room. All facilities worked fine. Staff went out of their way to be helpful
