Very friendly staff and a beautiful hotel. I would like to say a special thank you to Jessica who was on the bar. She was working flat out the entire time we were there and had the biggest smile the whole time. She was very friendly and kept on top of the bar and check in counter.
We had a meal in the evening and we were all impressed with the quality of the food.
The breakfast in the morning was really good, a fantastic offering!!

Absolutely fabulous hotel, we will continue to use it when we are travelling through Gatwick airport! Very helpful and friendly staff (toilet issue that they got on immediately for us), fabulous breakfast, and the bus stop is 40m away with plenty of buses running to and from the airport. New building, very clean, spacious rooms. Everything was great!

Property is a few kms from the airport in a business park type area.
Hotel is fine for one night. I had a room facing the street which i found a little noisy due to a open vent from the room straight out to the street making the double glazed windows a bit useless. Limited dining options but its really an overnight stay.

This property is perfect for a layover between flights. Close to the airport with a shuttle that leaves every 40 minutes to take to the hotel or back to the airport. The cost of the shuttle is about $7 each way. Much cheaper than $30 for a cab.

Ideal location for Gatwick Airport, and the decor is really funky. The en suite double room had a powerful shower and ethical luxury toiletries. However there wasn't a wardrobe and the bed wasn't comfortable.

It was a good stay. Very convenient for travel from Gatwick. Our flight was delayed and we only arrived very late to the hotel, but the staff were very helpful.

The fan in the bathroom was constantly stuck in the “on” function. Reported twice nothing happened. Had to block with a towel to suppress the noise so I could sleep. Had to get creative with tissues when towel would fall.
