Clean and convenient but staff quite inattentive. Asked for luggage rack for room and told they don’t do those yet our travel companions had one in their room. No follow up when we asked for them to look into. No iron or board in room.

Convenient for night stop over before flight out of gatwick. Clean, friendly and comfortable hotel, would recommend.

Didnt live up to its advertising

The rooms were well presented, the beds were very comfortable, shuttle bus & local bus at door step & the staff were very helpful & obliging when we,(out of our control) missed our plane flight.

Comfy beds & loads of positives. The area needs to be improved outside the hotel as i walked from a bus stop and had to walk in the road to get the hotel!

Modern clean close to airport. Good food options. Walkable to coffee shop And tesco

This hotel is close to Gatwick but could do with a better breakfast option. The parking fee was excessive & should have been free. The staff were great but breakfast, parking & lack of a kettle or water in the room didnt help.

Clean hotel room ! Netflix on the tv and there’s a shuttle that takes you to the airport

Everything was amazing and comletely thought through for the transiting traveller, from 4 am. Breakfast to airport shuttle to a gym and laundry room. The 5 £ shuttle to the airport and same price from airport to the hotel makes everything so convenient! The whole hotel was super clean as well. Oh.. and the availability of the delicious 24/7 pizza was most welcomed!

Good hotel with good transport links to town and airport

Easy... a really great place.

Like: very close to Gatwick (7min average drive time) and there is paid shuttle bus service every 30min by 3rd party company, if required. Room was clean. Shower and sinks were clean. Slept well. Dislike: breakfast was dry (bacon, sausage) and some items were cold (scrambled eggs and mushroom). Food was bland. When it was topped up with hot eggs it tasted bland. We had a cobweb and spider in the shower. This must be one off, but worth mentioning so housekeeping can look into this.we didn't see any cobwebs in other areas. Windows locked for safety? Would be useful to open windows a bit. Some hotels put a safety lock to ensure windows cannot open fully to ensure safety whilst still having fresh air.

Good convenient hotel which

It was a lovely hotel, quite close to the airport, thus why I chose it. The room was decent and quiet and alll the facilities that I needed for my stay worked well. The car park was cramped, not much room to park, I had to get out of the car on the passenger side. So that could do with a bit of improvement. Nonetheless, the price for parking was reasonable compared to other hotels nearby.

The place was nice. However too expensive. They did not stick to the rate i had booked with.

The hotel was clean and adequate for our needs. Close to amenities and had shuttle for airport which was really great. We arrived 2 hours early and were required to pay 20 pounds the check in early, even though we were checking out 4 hours early the next day.we were tired so we paid. Just did not sit right with us. I do understand policies. But the room was avaiable.
