ibis Styles London Heathrow Airport

Great place to relax the night before a flight. Only steps to the local bus and a 10 min ride to terminal 2.

Very close to the airport . Dinner was good.

Stayed there the last night so that I was close to the airport.

Staff where friendly and helpful. Little expensive for breakfast though was good to be early. Communal areas very clean tidy. Room not so much, eco friendly yes,, in that it was small efficent toy have to put the key in to power the lights (easy to not forget where it is). Bed might be more comfy if correctly sized sheets where used instead of double and correctly made eg full sheets on queen size bed and duvet not tucked in to hide the ill fitting sheet. Pillow case should be on extra pillow, which was in shelf. No end table, what was in place a flight type case. No tea just coffee. And a smelling kettle as though the water had gone off our was stale. Bathroom nicely present e xcept no bath sheets, what i would call bath towels *small* and they wherent enough to wrap round me.

The experience in the hotel was really good. However, there was no space in the hotel’s car park so we parked in the overflow car park as instructed. Some idiotic drivers in a Skoda (number plate ending in SMU) and a Porsche (number plate NA14 DJJ; and yes both owners should be ashamed of themselves) blocked us in on our return from our trip. The hotel staff were understanding, however absolved themselves of responsibility which I understand when they explained their side, however, there should be a procedure put in place in case this happens in the future in what the hotel will do for their guests when this happens as it wasn’t good enough being told to park there, and then any issues is nothing to do with the hotel. We ended up out of pocket having to pay a tow truck to move a car which shouldn’t have been our responsibility to do considering the hotel advised us to park there. Overall the customer service was understanding, but a review of policy on parking needs to be conducted as it is not adequate.

Very easy checkin and checkout. Staff were very helpful.

Property was good. Decent sized rooms for London. I would stay there again.

Close to Heathrow with regular bus services outside to nearby Hatton Cross station. Friendly staff, but rooms lacked simple basics like a small fridge. Beds too hard (IMO), but overall okay if jyst needing a base for a day or three

The rooms are small but great for an easy and convenient night’s stay before an early morning flight.

We stayed at Ibis styles for 3 nights. The hotel is clean. Staff is courteous. The breakfast is superb. The restaurant meals were very tasty. We had a problem with the AC not staying on and were given another room without hesitation since we had two more nights. Very close proximity to Terminal 2 with easy access to very inexpensive airport bus.

The hotel was much less comfortable than the Ibis At Borough Market. The front desk was pleasant but not as friendly and welcoming. We stayed there for proximity to the airport but that was also NOT as close as one would expect as advertised. Over all just ok…

Very convenient for LHR

Not recommended for short people. The soap dispensers in the bathroom is about 179 cm high from the floor.
