You will spend 15 pounds each way to and from airport. A budget hotel. I was given a room with handicap access - so it was a weird experience. The flush would not work.

I enjoyed my stay at the property including the breakfast offered. I stayed here my first 2 nights in London in order to work and adjust to the time change. The internet was fast and consistent. However there were not other dining options available in the area. The cost of a taxi to the property less than a mile from the airport was insane at 35pounds on a rate controlled by the local authority with the trip being a little less than 8 minutes. My arrival was late at night so I had no other option. This left me to using the public bus when I left to go to the train station for the rest of my trip. The buses were crowded with the first one passing me because it could take on no more passengers. The route back to the airport took me about 30 minutes and then the actual train into London central Kensington area was another hour. So this is not a hotel to stay at and return to at night for city activities. Overall it was clean, quiet, high speed internet, a nice breakfast, and nonstop coffee.

It was excellent value for money The room was just a little bit small but very comfortable and clean The bathroom and shower were spacious All public areas were clean and bright The hotel had average dining options - typical of a business hotel As a female travelling alone, I felt very safe, however I don't know if I would walk around outside after dark on my own

Stayed there for two nights before flying out from Heathrow. Very handy for getting too and from the terminals.

Basic but clean room. Nice to have water provided. Would definitely stay again, great location to get a bus for an early flight. Our room was at the back of the hotel, so very quiet.

The room is convenient situated near the airport with good public transport links. Lovely pub nearby with good food options. Spacious, clean room with all amenities you need for a short stay. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again. However was slightly too warm in the night. Restaurant had basic menu and no gluten free options.

We were very happy with this stay. Proximity to the hotel is excellent. Hotel condition is excellent. Bed and shower were the best on our trip. Towels are way too small. There is a hotel shuttle that brings you right to the door. However this costs 6.80£ per person to ride. I would recommend taking the city bus from the airport at 1.75£ instead and walk the half a block or take an uber if you’re more than one person. The shuttle is not a good value.

Perfect overnight, good value and only minutes from T2&3. Great nights sleep, no disturbances. Check in staff very helpful.
