Chose primarily for location which is less than 10 minutes walk from airport which was great for early morning flight Did not expect hotel to also be so good, comfortable rooms and a very reasonable food offering which was a real bonus.Staff also lovely

We actually chose to stay there because the hotel had a swimming pool. However we did not know that the pool would be closed because it was being used for swimming lessons!

My visit to that specific hotel was it was in close proximity to everywhere I needed to travel during my stay. The hotel staff were indeed very polite and helpful. Bearing in mind that the hotel is located right next to the East Midlands Airport. The hotel food and bar prices were terrific given the quality of the produce and wonderful service. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was spotless. I do intend to return later this year and this hotel will be my first choice as to where to stay.

Nice well kept property near the airport . The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable . The only downside is the hotel hasn’t got a lift , rather difficult if you have to carry your own luggage.

I stayed because it’s handy for parking. Although I struggled to find a spot in the relevant zones. The room was musty and very noisy from traffic. I kept checking that the window wasn’t open.

It's location right outside the airport makes it the ideal choice when departing early or arriving late. The online check-in meant that I literally just picked up my key at reception and was in my room within 5mins of leaving the airport building. Very clean and comfortable and will definitely use again.
