The lobby area etc was clean and tidy however I was disappointed with the room there was a sounds of running water all night in the bathroom, the air conditioning/heating not working and the shower was more of a trickle of water.
When I complained the receptionist said sorry! Only having booked 3 rooms I felt this was an appalling response!

The leonardo hotel is lovely the staff are very welcoming greeted us with a smile. Also gave us information about what to do when parking and where the car park was. check in was so quick and easy. The staff on reception and the bar area were lovely and chatty and very pleasant and professional. Our room was lovely the bed was very comfortable and our room was very clean and very spacious had everything we needed. We also booked breakfast for the morning the staff was very helpful and professional can’t wait to stay again will be definitely recommending to friends and family thank you for making us feel so welcome

Lovely room with a superb view.Very comfortable bed. Extremely clean room and hotel. Fluffy big towels and gowns. Friendly staff. Handy location for walking to centre, so close to pretty Albert Docks. Good security checked if we were staying when we came back to hotel late. Close to car park.
